An employee enters the gate at 08:00 and actually starts work at 08:30. Motiva separates the two points, measures the lost time in between, and calculates from actual work start.

Office staff without overtime entitlement accrue none even when leaving late; stores are measured against a daily-hours baseline that splits shortfall and overtime. No clock value is hard-coded.
Audit-proof policy history

A trustworthy audit trail
